<p><br />Use these feelings you have to decide (in a very purposeful way) what kind of person you want to be.&nbsp; Create your self.&nbsp; You are so much more than where you came from, so much more than what you are now, and so much more than even you can right now imagine.&nbsp; Give yourself permission to become whoever is right for you - and dammit, be forgiving of yourself!&nbsp;&nbsp; If you're scared about something, don't beat yourself over the head for it, just keep looking at it, examining it, until you can live with the fear peacefully, or until it isn't as fearful.&nbsp;</p>
<p>It took me until I was well into my 40s to realize that I am essentially my own do-it-yourself project.&nbsp; What kind of project do you want to make and share with the rest of us?</p>
